In a hair salon the day is not ruined by empty slots but by badly arranged ones. Colouring with toning takes three hours, a men's cut half an hour, and if both are booked as one hour, the whole day is already running late by lunchtime. Add the Instagram messages someone reads later, and two clients booked for the same time.
