Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only if you pressed “I agree” in the cookie notice. They make it possible to tell whether a visit is a repeat visit.

If you choose “Only essential”, I continue to collect visit statistics in cookieless mode: nothing is written to your browser, no identifier is used that would allow you to be recognised or several visits to be linked, and Google receives only an anonymous signal that a page was opened. Advertising and profiling features are always switched off.

I use the statistics to understand which pages are useful to people and where the site needs improving. You can withdraw your consent by clearing the site data in your browser.
