Frequently asked questions
Can I add products myself?
Yes. Products, prices, images and discounts are managed in the admin panel. We enter the first ones together so you can see how it works.
What happens with the payments?
The money goes straight to your bank account. I connect the payment provider; the contract with it is yours.
Can I move products over from my current store?
Yes. If the products can be exported to a file, I move them across automatically instead of one by one.
What does maintenance cover?
Updates, backups, security and small everyday help. Larger new features are agreed separately.
