These terms apply to the use of the website 2k.lv and to ordering services from Krišjānis Kābelis, sole trader (hereinafter — “2K”).

Services

2K offers the development of websites, online stores and web systems, as well as design, SEO, maintenance and photo and video services. The specific scope and price are agreed in an individual quote or estimate.

Calculator and quotes

The cost calculator available on the website provides an indicative estimate. It is not a binding offer. The final price is confirmed in a written estimate. An estimate is valid for 14 days.

Prices and taxes

I am not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the invoice. All prices are stated in EUR. Payment is made against an invoice within the term stated on it.

Obligations of the parties

• The client provides the necessary materials and feedback in good time.
• 2K carries out the work in line with the agreed scope and deadlines.
• Changes outside the agreed scope are assessed separately.

Intellectual property

After payment in full, the client acquires the rights to the delivered work as set out in the quote. Third-party licences (fonts, images, plugins) are determined separately.

Liability

2K is not liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the client or from disruptions in third-party services.
