What needed solving

The association's session recordings, photos and event materials were scattered across several social platforms where older content is hard to find. The goal was a digital archive of their own, where each event has its description, video and photo gallery in one place.

Session recordings, descriptions and a gallery attach to each event, so the archive can grow without building new pages.

Recordings are organised into one library so a visitor can find a specific session long after the event.

Images are prepared and loaded so that even large galleries stay comfortable to browse without slowing the site down.

Independent content management

In the Filament admin panel the association adds events, videos and images itself, keeping the archive alive without regular developer involvement.
